To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

八款招牌炒飯都吸引，叫左個最貴既招牌蝦頭油炒飯 $73 非常足料，有大蝦，蝦仁，櫻花蝦，蠔仔，帶子，魚塊等。個飯炒得乾身，好香！另外叫左碟招牌脆皮牛腩飯 $68牛腩食得多，脆皮牛腩都唔多餐廳做，呢度個脆皮整得唔錯，賣相幾吸引，可惜食落件牛腩唔夠腍。除左脆皮牛腩少見，金沙汁都幾特別，呢個係用鹹蛋黃整成，質感比較杰，有少少鹹蛋碎，但味道唔覺太鹹，撈飯一流。每碟飯都有跟微辣菜脯，平時多數食麵先加，原來加埋落飯一樣正！餐牌上樣樣都好吸引，下次去再試下其他！
