呢篇係之前仲凍凍哋嗰陣嫁喇,有朋友提議去大美督附近嘅巴希雅海灣重慶燒烤,我哋成班book咗三點,不過當日所見都冇咩人,似乎walk in都唔係問題,夜少少就難講啲。呢度係要先俾錢,再入場,有分露天同有瓦遮頭嘅位,因為嗰日有毛毛雨,所以就坐咗有瓦遮頭嗰邊。自助任食三小時,包一罐飲品,再飲嘅話要加錢買,另收紙巾費同開爐費,蜜糖都要另外買。蝦、蜆、金菇、菠蘿同香蕉都係按人頭計配給,其他嘢食就自己攞。以自助燒烤場嚟講,呢度啲蔬菜類都幾多:冬菇、雞髀菇、翠玉瓜、茄子、南瓜、粟米、青椒、尖椒、蕃茄、韭菜、菜心,甚至有白果、蒜頭、大蔥、洋蔥。肉類就都係大路嗰啲羊架、羊肉、豬頸肉、牛柳粒、芝士丸、多春魚、香腸、紅腸等。重慶風味嘅燒烤爐,呢度係用環保炭,火唔夠猛,不過就襟燒啲,同埋無咁易燻黑啲食物。燒烤場已經將食物用竹籤串好,唔洗自己叉。我哋食咗蒜蓉包、豬頸肉、魷魚、雞翼、多春魚、蝦等等,呢啲只係冰山一角,因為掛住食,都冇逐樣影相。不過食物本身冇咩調味,要自己晌燒嗰陣掃啲辣粉、孜然粉、豉油、辣椒豉油之類。大家都話呢度啲豉油同辣椒豉油好稀,唔知係唔係溝咗水?不過食物本身質素係算OK嘅。我哋都有燒菜,我覺得

以自助燒烤嚟講都唔錯,不過比較貴同出眾嘅食物就要配給或另外買。
