放工約埋同事一齊食飯,唔想去咁遠就揀咗公司附近嘅MIZU。喺佐敦道隔離嘅巷仔,唔使3分鐘就到,位置十分便利。先點咗個MIZU串燒OMAKASE,再散點咗幾樣。 見啤酒做緊PROMO買2送1優惠,所以都點咗黎RELAX下。啤酒口味有兩款,分別係黑啤同呢隻YEBISU。入口輕盈啤酒花味較輕同淡口,用黎食串燒啱好。如果多啲朋友一齊飲仲抵。牛油果沙律賣相已經唔錯,採用完熟牛油果所以香味夠足。配上酸甜嘅沙律醋令平平無奇嘅椰菜絲清甜味同爽脆口感更鮮明。醬漬熒光魷魚咸鮮味十足,而青椒仔香口,兩者作為前菜十分開胃。雞肉棒係居酒屋嘅常客 ,雞肉紮實肉味香濃 。燒汁補充咗燒製時失去嘅水分之餘,滲透咗入去加埋蛋黃嘅潤滑令味道豐富惹味。手羽先同炸雞都做到外表乾身,但入面仲保有豐富肉汁。雞心可能生燒關係,比想像中縮咗少少水反而濃縮咗雞心嘅味道,有咬口配啤酒一流。白鱔就焦香無腥味,肉質彈牙爽口。味道不錯。而雞皮就燒得好香口,入口先脆後彈牙 ,油味香而不膩又係一道幾好嘅下酒菜。牛舌同牛小排都厚身得黎 唔會太韌,牛味唔算太濃反而𠝹咗花紋更令焦香味更豐富 。五花腩就燒得乾身,口感似食緊中式燒腩仔。香口有𡁻頭又係一道好味
