不時都聽到人家講話咩隱世餐廳呀,點為止隱世呢?好食而無乜人知?今夜到訪嘅居酒屋「Roji」就真喺好隱世,兼極有「秘竇」感,因為唔喺有人帶恐怕都搵唔到入口,經過條巷仔先到餐廳,仲要無一個正規嘅門面,有啲似以前晌九龍城寨搵食嘅感覺,有種尋幽探秘之感。穿過巷仔,進入餐廳,又喺另一番景象。有別一般日式嘅居酒屋,開得晌蘭桂芳,當然目標客戶喺外國人多,裝修好型格,又好有格調,三五知己嚟聚一聚,非常有氣氛。就算嚟小酌一杯,亦都幾唔錯。用餐區都分開幾個部份,有啲喺二人、四人嘅餐枱,亦有啲大型啲嘅高腳枱櫈。另外,由於依家天氣清爽涼快,所以,可以大開「窗戶」,而窗戶嘅位置,亦成為一張張嘅餐枱。此外,外邊更有幾張高腳枱,喺最適合純粹嚟飲兩杯嘅客人。 至於,最有睇頭嘅位置,可以講喺吧位嘅「板前席」,因為,可以睇到酒保嘅調酒功架,部份冷盤亦會晌度製作。 既然喺摩登嘅居酒屋,各式酒品又點少得,佢哋主打喺高球雞尾酒(Highball),此外,更有多種特色雞尾酒、氈酒、威士忌、紅白餐酒、香檳一應俱全,當然,亦有提供清酒啦。 Red Bean $135友人就要咗一杯雞尾酒「Red Bean」,由波本威士忌、燒酌、紅豆、

穿過巷仔,進入餐廳,又喺另一番景象。有別一般日式嘅居酒屋,開得晌蘭桂芳,當然目標客戶喺外國人多,裝修好型格,又好有格調,三五知己嚟聚一聚,非常有氣氛。就算嚟小酌一杯,亦都幾唔錯。

小弟就要一杯無酒精嘅雞尾酒,以柚子同綠茶為組合,加一大片紫蘇葉,既為裝飾,又滲出一份獨特香氣。睇落唔喺覺乜嘢,入口有好強嘅氣泡,但啲氣泡幼細到睇唔到咁滯,柚子加上紫蘇嘅香味好特別。原來,店家引入一部日本嘅冷凍碳酸水機,能製造出氣泡量高5倍。

送酒嘅最好喺啲香口嘢,揀呢一道雞軟骨就最好不過,沾上粉漿炸香後,灑上紫菜粉及柚子鹽作調味。最特別喺啲軟骨用咗雞脊位,軟骨呈Y形,而且,炸得香而不膩,再灑埋少少青檸汁,就一流喇。

油甘魚一向都喺刺身嘅常客,呢道前菜就以油甘刺身,再加上以昆布、柚子醋做成嘅啫喱,令到食起嚟有種酸香鮮活嘅感覺,但又不失油甘嘅鮮滑細膩、油脂嘅豐腴。不過,一客只得4件定價有啲進取。

我哋所坐嘅位置,就正正睇到師傅點整呢道菜,雖然做法簡單,但用料靚,帶子喺刺身級,既大隻,又鮮嫩。配以清新嘅柚子醋同灑少少刁草碎,佐以嫩滑無比嘅萵筍,確喺一道清新嘅前菜。

食咗兩道前菜,再嚟喺一道熱盤暖暖番個胃先,叫得巨蜆就真喺唔講得少,貨源嚟自日本,啲蜆肉大隻飽滿,味道鮮甜,質感柔韌;因為灑咗啲七味粉調,微辣而惹味,而且,隨後會滲出淡雅嘅清酒香,好食。

小弟一向都幾鍾意食蟹,但就怕麻煩郁手拆蟹,所以,呢一道皇帝蟹腳就最我呢等懶人。大大隻蟹腳已經去咗面殼、起晒肉,一夾就食得。蟹肉非常鮮甜,以自家製嘅芥末蛋沙律醬、配以加入日本麵包糠嘅香草放上蟹腳面焗香,所以,食起嚟味道多元化。此外,別錯過伴碟嘅脆炸蓮藕片,脆到好似薯片咁,而且,香而不膩。

主食類分別試咗兩款新菜式:烏冬及三文治,先分享份烏冬,有啲似意大利麵嘅做法,配以薑蒜醬同明太子鱈魚籽,又加咗啲蒜片,味道好濃郁,又帶幾分鹹香味,味道富層次,再者,啲烏冬煮到啱啱好,煙韌而有咬口,整體感覺非常特別。

咪睇佢三文治一份好似好普通,唔喺店員講解,唔知內藏咁多心思。中間層肉餅喺用上免治豬肉、牛肉、秘製香料打成,再以吉列方式炸到金黃,放入烘熱嘅麵包上,而麵包更搽咗芥末蛋黃醬同炸豬扒醬,真喺誠意之作。入口肉餡鮮嫩富肉汁,又帶點脂香,兩款醬汁令味道更具立體感,滋味十足。

蘭桂芳一向越夜越多人,就算好似呢個「秘竇」,都喺一樣越夜越多人,所以,就更有氣氛。招呼亦都好好,加上環境寫意,喺好酒之徙嘅聚腳地,當然,唔嗜酒,食物嘅質素一樣滿足到你!
