TGIF, 終於捱到星期五,辛苦左成個禮拜梗係想同男朋友去遠啲拍拖搵好野食啦🤤由於仲有一個禮拜先去曼谷旅行,喺安排行程嘅時候實在太想快啲係香港都搵泰國野食住先,所以係我做完一輪research之後,就揀咗黎元朗嘅薄荷葉食喇!見佢門面有户外同室內座位,因為都花左小小時間搵路,所以就坐室內涼冷氣。由於第一次食,佢嘅選擇都非常多,所以我地都嗌咗好多網上推薦嘅熱門菜式果然多人讚都係好東西來的....🤩我個人最欣賞係-> 燒羊架店員上菜時好細心咁解釋旁邊嘅伴碟原來係自家種嘅小茴香,伴埋羊架一齊食,散發着一股獨特嘅香氣。佢個羊架好入味,肉質唔會過肥亦唔會過瘦,底下伴碟仲有d醋味沙律菜,一啖肉一啖菜,寧捨開胃羊架完全無蘇味,調味同烹調火喉都係我中意嘅!佢嘅黃咖喱軟殻蟹配薄餅都係冇得輸嘅!黃咖喱甜甜地,薄餅亦都係新鮮焗製,一啖一滋味另外都order左泰菜入面馳名嘅馬拉盞炒通菜,有人話最簡單嘅食材先最考廚師功力,佢碟通菜火候控制得10分好,唔會炒得過老,而且咬落仲係好爽口,唔會好似其他餐廳咁一味死鹹,感覺寧捨健康當然唔少得要叫埋泰國最出名嘅炒金邊粉啦。一上枱已經俾佢賣相吸引,唔講唔知原來係自家種

我個人最欣賞係-> 燒羊架

店員上菜時好細心咁解釋旁邊嘅伴碟原來係自家種嘅小茴香,伴埋羊架一齊食,散發着一股獨特嘅香氣。佢個羊架好入味,肉質唔會過肥亦唔會過瘦,底下伴碟仲有d醋味沙律菜,一啖肉一啖菜,寧捨開胃

當然唔少得要叫埋泰國最出名嘅炒金邊粉啦。一上枱已經俾佢賣相吸引,唔講唔知原來係自家種嘅韭菜嚟㗎
撈起之後食得,調味岀色,金邊粉都好入味,如果可以再多啲配料,就更加啱我我呢個貪心嘅大餸王喇🙊

泰國嘢又點可以唔叫椰青啊
本身椰青都係健康嘅飲品,佢d椰水好清甜,裏面嘅椰肉更加係非常嫩滑,所以忍唔住自己一個獨享咗成個

食完今晚之後真係有去咗泰國嘅感覺,雖然價格有少少貴,但從店舖嘅擺設再加上店員介紹佢哋自家種值嘅調味料,呢間餐廳真係堅有heart💪🏻💪🏻
