To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 話說我係中學時期去開葵芳都會食小雨天,今天去完挪亞方舟出番黎葵芳,就和男朋友懷勉一下年輕的情懷。叫了一個小鍋米線加腩肉和雲吞,還有蠔仔肉碎泡飯。小鍋米線,本身已有、菜、芽菜、韮菜, 湯底依然野味 。雖然雲吞比較像水餃,但味道還不錯,很懷念這種味道呀!另外還有蠔仔肉碎泡飯,自己很喜歡吃有湯的食物,易入口又不會太乾,因此基本上光顧一間餐廳如果想不到吃甚麼時,都會叫蠔仔肉碎泡飯,湯是豬骨湯,不會太濃味,結果也沒有讓我失望。 ; ;
