佢開舖嘅時候好多人排隊,所以今次搵咗平日夜晚去食,唔使排隊就可以入。門口就可以睇到係手工制嘅意粉,以前未食過仲以為佢係韓國菜,點知係有心思嘅小店做手工制意粉。舖頭唔算好大,睇落去應該得三個職員,廚房同兩個服務員,唔使等位,但係都有八九成滿客人不斷地來。第一個叫咗醃肉蛋意粉,芝士加松露粒好好食,個意粉唔係好熱,所以隻蛋撈勻之後唔會熟到即刻出現蛋白,好融入個自家製忌廉醬入面,咁啱我哋嗰隻蛋黃好大隻,食完仲有好多汁喺個碗度,建議好似我哋咁用嚟點埋其他嘢食,因為係手工制意粉,所以係偏挺身嘅版本,要睇個人口味鍾唔鍾意食呢款pancake有鹹嘅亦都有甜嘅,我哋今次叫咗鹹嘅款式,上面係滑雞蛋,我就係攞咗佢嚟點埋意粉嘅忌廉汁,味道更加昇華。一路食佢都仲係滑蛋。最後叫咗個車打芝士醃肉火箭菜薄餅,由於係小店,所以佢真係即叫即整,如果大家要食薄餅可能就要耐心等吓或者一早叫咗先。依隻醃肉就同意粉嘅一樣,由於朋友在加多咗一份車打芝士,所以芝士味道超級濃郁,亦都會偏向飽肚薄餅屬於薄批類似餅乾款。建議大家嚟到都可以試吓唔同口味。
