之前行希慎廣場嗰陣,已經留意到名館依間餐廳。今日去完誠品,又夠鐘食飯,於是就決定要去會一會名館同埋佢哋嘅美食喇。陳醋珊瑚海蜇頭,一上菜,店員加水落碗邊嘅乾冰,瞬間騰雲駕霧。海蜇頭口感爽脆京川汁秋葵,紅京川汁調味,令秋葵嘅味道無咁單一清寡。冰鎮鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉,再一次嘅騰雲駕霧,用咗鮮菠蘿殼嚟做器皿,加埋乾冰帶嚟嘅較果,埋相相當精美,冰涼嘅咕嚕肉,揀選咗唔會好肥嘅部位,酸酸甜甜非常好吃。鮑汁紅腰豆炆海參,海參都算係大塊,入口清爽彈牙。配上鮑汁同紅腰豆,味道相當配合。依個餸我覺得加多個白飯就更正喇。流心鵪鶉蛋燒賣,原隻鵪鶉蛋釀入燒賣中快蒸。不過好似蒸耐咗,隻鵪鶉蛋熟咗,無咗流心。雖有有點美中不足,但燒賣仍然係好味嘅。太極馬拉糕,原味同芝麻味,砌出一個太極圖案,創意十足。
