數年前在名館內一邊欣賞銅鑼灣風景,一邊吃精緻新派點心,賞心樂事。最近留意到名館有下午茶點心放題,雀躍去訂位試試。$148 加一茶芥,差不多$180,以放題來說很超值。湯、特飲、煎炸、蒸點,每樣一份/一件上,每款都差不多可試一次,確實難忘。留意的是一次可以下單多樣,出的次序不能掌控。90分鐘其實也挺充裕。每次下單後,再隔10分鐘可再下單。相對來說,這樣的放題份量不太多,減少浪費,多一份雅致。跟之前用餐體驗不同的是現在用手機點單,方便清晰。可惜精緻茶具及點心,如今都破殘了。有一兩道菜如魚皮泡椒、炸奶酥還不錯。其他是價格同質素成了正比,不可能過於期盼了。

繼上一次食完佢哋係點心放題之後,覺得名館食物嘅質素都唔錯,所以今次再過嚟試咗佢哋平日嘅午市套餐😆套餐,包咗一碗私房靚湯同埋一碗白飯,燉雞湯好夠火喉,而且入邊仲有啲湯渣,足料呀😆🥢招牌酸菜滑魚片($88) 叫得招牌就梗係要試吓啦,一上枱已經feel到佢氣派十足🤣有一個高壺熱住啲魚,唔怕食到凍哂☺️魚既份量超多,偏酸,好啱送飯食😇🥢口水雞套餐($78)配咗一個前菜醃青瓜🥒同埋菜心,雞嘅口感好滑😍鹹香到啱啱好,而且食完會有少少麻😆🍸套餐加錢叫咗兩杯特飲,分別係青瓜青檸梳打同埋柚子青檸梳打,兩杯都大大杯超爽超解辣😚後者加埋黑珍珠口感更豐富🥰整體嚟講,喺希慎food court以外食到咁樣嘅價錢,同埋咁樣嘅質素😄回頭率相當之高👍🏻

幾個friend話要搵個舒服嘅地方,食酸菜魚,上網睇一睇,見到呢間名氣幾高,就去試吓。中式現代化嘅裝潢,牆上掛咗一啲中國墨水畫、餐廳放置左屏風,餐枱用咗雲石嘅風格,帶出少少高貴感。🐠🐟完整一條魚,魚肉鮮甜,而且有咬口,令一個平時唔食魚嘅朋友都覺得唔腥,可以自己選擇麻辣嘅重度,魚下面有雲耳、娃娃菜,魚面放滿大量蔥、花椒粒、炸豆、白芝麻,賣相靚之餘又好香口。另外一題條魚係煎完,先再放落湯底,比起煮嘅烹調方法,味道更香,而且更加有口感。食完之後我哋點左,牛肉🐮片,雪花紋好整齊,口感有嚼勁,牛味都幾出。💡🤟🏻必點炸魚皮,保證大讚,新鮮自家炸,超酥脆,仲有金黃蛋黃香,一疊有成十幾舊,我覺得五六個人share都得。另外點左秋葵,酸酸嘅醬汁好開胃,作為前菜健康又好味。另外值得一提嘅係佢哋嘅孜然雞翼好有四川串燒風味,鍾意食孜然粉嘅朋友唔好錯過。燒菠蘿好甜,仲要係不個菠蘿切出嚟。淨係覺得呢間餐廳質素好唔錯,仲要環境幾闊落,坐得幾舒服。

名館到晚飯時間會有不同中菜選擇,而且在銅鑼灣,地點非常方便,若果一班朋友慶祝,都是十分合適!晚上重點推介的有酸菜魚,魚的肉質都不錯,而且頗新鮮,我們還點了土豆絲、炸饅頭等菜式,質素尚可以!👌🏻酸菜魚頗為大份,而且朋友們一起圍爐吃,氣氛相當好,而且環境十分舒適,都是非常光猛舒適,而且坐得非常舒服,如果家中屋企人喜歡吃中菜,名館都是一個不錯的選擇,因為食物相當多元化,可以滿足不同人的喜好,如果想不到吃什麼中菜,這間可以一試👍🏻
