To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以為又會中哂彈咁出嚟，七八成嘅點心又有質素喎。迷你鳳爪排骨飯，好好食！鳳爪排骨正常嘅味道，個飯粒粒分明有咬口，加埋鼓油，正。釀涼瓜，豬肉肥啲之外，仲幾鐘意加咸蛋黃哩個配合。鴨腳札我淨係食咗個皮，但我見到入面唔知做咩包咗條肉餅。追加迷你梅菜肉餅飯，個人都係偏好鳳爪排骨多啲，因為肉餅搞得太碎，無乜口感。突然想食炸物，就點咗炸雲呑，入面粒肉好細粒，但我享受嘅係個塊又炸得幾靚，脆卜卜嘅雲呑皮，點埋個甜酸汁就更滋味啦。最後哩碗一搞就碎哂嘅灌湯餃，味道都唔使提了。
