To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

從前要食譚仔,總係要到最近的新壚,但是也沒有最愛的紅薯粉終於等到譚仔三哥開幕,位置就在以前明將壽司其實今次已經是第二次來食了可能人手真的很不足,那麼大間的食店只開放了1/3的位置店員會就是裡面還沒有裝修好故在場也聽到其他食客在抱怨有位也不能內進今次叫了過橋米麵套餐,皮蛋跟蒜泥白肉唯一較特別之處,就是比起譚仔它還有糊辣和三哥酸辣湯底我們點了中糊辣,有點像沙爹再加多一點麻辣像以往的材料一樣,什麼都有一點比起點2碗的價錢,是比較實惠($46)但是兩款小食也比譚仔遜色一點皮蛋的芡汁太稀,也不太夠新鮮蒜泥白肉(小)也不夠蒜味,太細塊,數量也不多順帶一題,因為只開放太少位置,點菜後的我們竟然被叫再轉位已方便之後的3個人對面的夫妻也異口同聲說寧願到良景或是元朗吃無論是食物質素或是服務都只是有待改善
