jul 11, 09,大約有22人嚟dinner,開咗2圍,叫咗 : 1) 燒乳豬 x 2-外皮光滑,有光澤,聞到好香,侍應用較剪剪好1件件,再上枱-個皮好薄,都脆,但唔喺勁脆,皮下層肥膏都大約有2mm厚,話瘦唔瘦,話肥唔肥,最底層嘅肉就好嫩滑-據聞另1枱嗰隻嘅皮就唔脆 <---食友從另1枱帶來1舊等價交換番我哋嘅1舊-除咗乳豬外,底下仲有炒飯,混以蝦米粒等材料來炒,也很夠味,濕度可以乾身d就會有水準d-旁邊嘅食友呢上個月有嚟食過,話上次無論個皮同飯都做得出色d,所以評佢水準唔多穩定 2) 燒鵝 x 2-呢隻好明顯喺鵝,無花無假-但就醃得毫不入味,雖然啖啖肉,但可惜調味不夠,鵝味又無-好唔掂哉~~~ 3) 白菜豬肺湯 x 4煲-呢個嚟得自然嘅清甜,無味精-我飲咗2碗 4) 燒肉 x 2-睇鱔稿,呢個豬種同乳豬不同-燒成芝麻皮,反而呢個皮脆過乳豬喎-脂肪比例肥肥哋啦...........但絶對可以接受-肉又鬆 5) 上湯蒜子莧菜 x 2-莧菜好嫩,連同炸香嘅蒜子-好味,連續食了3味肉,終於可以有味清清地 6) 翠玉瓜魚肚 x 2-正常 7) 煎藕餅 x 2-雖然大家都飽,但好彩攪

-據聞另1枱嗰隻嘅皮就唔脆 <---食友從另1枱帶來1舊等價交換番我哋嘅1舊

-我飲咗2碗

4) 燒肉 x 2
-睇鱔稿,呢個豬種同乳豬不同
-燒成芝麻皮,反而呢個皮脆過乳豬喎
-脂肪比例肥肥哋啦...........但絶對可以接受
-肉又鬆

5) 上湯蒜子莧菜 x 2
-莧菜好嫩,連同炸香嘅蒜子
-好味,連續食了3味肉,終於可以有味清清地

6) 翠玉瓜魚肚 x 2
-正常

7) 煎藕餅 x 2
-雖然大家都飽,但好彩攪手在最後都有+到
-呢個喺我都好想食嘅餸
-藕粒細細的,混埋肉餅同煎,熱熱的,又厚身,有口感,亦有鮮味
-不過我同旁嘅食友研究鮮味何來,希望唔喺"師傅"效應啦
-好味

* 原來有食友生日............祝佢生日快樂............另1食友親手自製生果蛋糕...........食友話呢個叫vogue.............希望無拼錯啦

* 多謝另1pair食友為大家送上菲律賓雪糕........有粟米,芋頭同焦糖

* 見好多食家對佢多讚少彈............都想再比次機會佢..........遲d再去1次
