To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

“上環信德中心” 這一間分店帶位女職員欠缺應變我今早一個人入座，女服務員帶我去一個比較狹窄的座位；另一重要係隔離已經有客人坐下，客人的袋放在地架上，而地架已經佔我座位三分一，我問女服務員我點樣坐？我睇當時附近起碼超過20多個座位是空的，我又問女服務員這些座位唔坐得嗎？她答 “要搭枱的” 以及兩人爐座位…我明解單人座位店內比較少，但如果好多客人是單人一個的話，兩人座位就唔可以坐好？？？當時我望向外面一個客人都冇！！！最終，我不高興立即離開這間店舖…女帶位服務員的表現、表達令我感覺到非常唔滿意，不懂應變每個客人的需要！
