To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 好耐冇係假期晨早同媽媽去飲茶 ﹐今日就同佢去尖沙咀飲茶同埋行下街。好彩早少少到,遲多10分鐘都要等位。見到點心紙有啲得獎點心,所以我哋都點d試下。得獎原隻鮑魚燒賣皇 - 燒賣嘅蝦大隻爽口,鮑魚亦都好夠味。得獎龍皇野菌腸 - 腸粉包住春捲,春捲再包住啲菇同埋魚肉,夾埋一齊食好得意嘅口感,魚肉香滑。份量都算大。香煎上素腐皮卷 - 剛剛炸起,非常脆口。得獎海皇帶子餃 - 平時去酒樓食呢類餃,個皮、餡都會覺得好油,但呢個餃竟然唔油! 咁先至食到材料原本嘅味道。海蜇小青瓜 - 個汁好好味, 甜酸辣度剛好,配埋蒜粒,perfect! 海蜇爽口,青瓜係切一條條長條狀,都好新鮮。金箔芝麻卷 - 實在太少酒樓有得食呢個傳統甜品,所以必須要點,仲要有金箔,十八蚊實在太抵!鯉魚芒果布甸 - 鯉魚下面仲有一浸薄薄嘅啫喱,有少少顏色,好似條魚係水度游水咁。唔會太甜,呀媽都話好。
