To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

帶廣名物稀有豚肉飯(並盛) $92 + 套餐 (豚肉味噌湯) $32呢間既豚肉飯幾似之前既丼丼屋, 唔知係咪其實同一間？？今次嗌咗豚肉無選豚腩, 味道方面都唔錯, 豚肉片唔會好肥, 只係有少少肥膏係個邊邊位, 仲燒得幾香口並盛係有4塊豚肉, 再淋上燒肉汁送飯一流另外加錢要左套餐, 有豚肉味噌湯, 蒸蛋, 前菜同甜品前菜食唔出係咩醬，少少甜甜地。蒸蛋夠滑, 味噌湯幾足料, 入面有幾多豚肉片同蘿白甜品配上黑糖漿, 口感似啫喱, 個黑糖漿幾好味但個啫喱本身係無味
