刺身拼盤-每樣刺身都非常高質，尤其歡喜海膽同帆立貝-海膽勁大份，要分開兩啖先食到哂。十分鮮甜👍🏻-帆立貝厚切，有三大塊，有檸檬的清新燒玉子-蛋味好濃好香，燒到微焦，厚厚的好有口感豬肝-加左燒汁完全冇腥味，粉嫩粉嫩，襯酒岩哂！豚肉五花腩-姐其中最歡喜的一碟！豬味極濃，油脂好香-微焦的邊位帶少少脆口👍🏻豚肉蒜芯-豚肉切到薄薄的，油脂同蒜芯加埋的after taste 好正舞茸菇-冇諗過菇可以咁好食！完全唔乾，中間好juicy.-菇本身好高質，菇味濃郁豬大腸-燒到外皮脆口，中間冇想像中的肥膩-沾芥末食，少少罪惡但真心好食🤓
