老公帶咗我去試一間新開嘅鐵板燒,就俾我哋發掘到美食,師傅鍾意將鮮味保留得徹底🥰而且佢個人仲好Nice,鍾意同我哋交流,不時會問吓我哋口味青瓜蟹肉卷:入面嘅蟹肉混合左沙律醬,加埋青瓜真係好清新,三文魚子帶啲鹹鮮香煎龍蝦:用少許牛油煎香嘅生猛龍蝦,龍蝦喺鐵板上仲識郁😳加上香蔥同少量酒突出龍蝦嘅自然鮮甜味甘鯛立鱗燒:先咬一啖魚,上脆下軟,魚香味滲入口腔,下面係用少量海膽汁煮成嘅湯,可以同埋魚一齊食,增加層次,墊係湯嘅蘆筍亦都非常甜清酒煮蜆:酒精已經係烹調嘅過程中揮發得差唔多,蜆非常鮮甜,湯一飲而盡北寄貝:上層同下層嘅肉用咗唔同嘅處理手法,所以口感一部份爽脆,一部份比較軟,彷彿係第一次食到北寄貝咁,估唔到係有呢一種味道,底層嘅海藻湯提升咗肉嘅鮮味安格斯牛肉:厚身嘅係牛柳,特別鍾意配蒜片食,而薄燒係肉眼嘅部份,包裹咗洋蔥蒜頭等等,入口已經幾濃味龍蝦味噌湯:將龍蝦頭放入湯中熬煮帶出龍蝦嘅鮮味,蝦膏亦融入湯中炒飯炒雜菜:高菜自然為炒飯帶嚟鹹味,配上剛煎嘅荷包蛋一流,炒雜菜比較爽身甜品:焦糖多士,焦糖嘅程度啱啱好唔會過燶,另外嘅就係益力多綿綿冰,估唔到可以喺呢度食到綿綿冰,軟綿可口
