好耐無食omakase,咁啱好耐無見舊同事,約埋佢一齊去食下。餐廳設計係bar檯位,可以一邊食一邊對住師傅交流。海鮮豆腐 - 有海帶、八爪魚仔同日式豆腐,味道好濃。茶碗蒸 - 啱啱蒸好熱辣辣,蛋味好濃厚。鮟康魚糕 - 上層大大舊魚糕,下層係菠菜。鯛魚刺身 - 金目鯛口感嫩滑,而櫻花鯛口感比較爽,另外仲有魚肝。刺身小拼盤 - 赤貝刺身厚肉肥美。吞拿魚卷包上左口魚裙邊同魷魚,上面仲加咗金箔。另外一款由多種刺身混合而成,味道好特別。火灸大拖羅加海膽 - 份量好多,用匙羹裝方便一啖擺落口。鮑魚片 - 厚切咬落好煙韌有口感。秋刀魚壽司 - 師傅即場細心去骨,第一次食生嘅秋刀魚肉質韌韌好特別。火炙拖羅壽司 - 經過火炙一燒,油脂感更加重。北海道帶子壽司 - 帶子大大粒厚身肥美,再用拖羅卷上好似軍艦壽司。廣島蠔壽司 - 師傅話要擺喺手上面食先夠原汁原味。靜岡蜜瓜 - 好鮮甜多汁。
