To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

The Ritz Carlton 樓高100多層居高臨下，好耐之前已經想黎試吓，今次專登帶媽媽們嚟到酒店試吓high tea，一入到酒店裝潢已經好Grand，加上無敵大海景，真係冇得輸，媽媽們都好鍾意，嚟到都瘋狂打卡。之後我哋兩人分嘅tea set 三個人分，再叫多一個飲品，都已經非常足夠，因為甜品真係好漏。我好鍾意佢嘅鹹點，迷你牛角包有兩個味道，煙三文魚配檸檬蛋黃醬及松露蛋沙律，一次過滿足兩個味道。至於甜點，朱古力蛋糕好出色，有濃烈嘅朱古力味。食到尾聲，已經非常滿足。最後等到接近五點半，太陽落山，簡直靚到冇得彈，整個行程圓滿了。
