To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 雖然添好運在台灣開了很多間,但都要排隊的關係,一直沒去真正試過。來香港一年多了,還是沒去吃過添好運,趁這次家人來,來去試試它。這次來到了添好運深水埗店,離地鐵站是有段距離,不過走一走應該很快就會餓了。而以為會等很久,但其實只要等個十幾分就可以進去用餐了。我們點了一些平時就愛吃的齋腸粉,蠻滑的,好吃。再來一些蝦餃、鳳爪,其實是好吃的,而且蝦餃的皮,是好吃的,也不會蒸的太爛。而招牌酥皮叉燒包,之前曾在台灣外帶它過,對它有點想念。這次點了它,對我們來說,整體來說是甜了一點,不過甜甜鹹鹹,這道果真是招牌,算是很特別的點心。後來上的鮮竹卷、燒賣皆是好吃,但就沒有什麼特別之處。炒麵則是份量很小巧,味道算是不錯,會想一口接一口,很快就吃完了。整體來說添好運並非我想像的感覺,以為是會比較粗獷的點心,但其實吃了幾道點心來說,算是蠻精緻的,每一道都蠻好吃的,茶費也非常划算,但要吃的飽,則需要點多道囉。

我們點了一些平時就愛吃的齋腸粉,蠻滑的,好吃。再來一些蝦餃、鳳爪,其實是好吃的,而且蝦餃的皮,是好吃的,也不會蒸的太爛。
