To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同公公一齊嚟到中大飲茶,佢都覺得好新奇點解中大校園入面會有茶飲。一嚟到就讚啲餐具乾淨、環境企理,非常滿意🤣🤣今次揀咗六個點心,樣樣我公公都話好好食😆我哋嗌咗雪山叉燒包、流沙奶黃包、排骨、粉果、腸粉同埋鮮竹卷。不得不讚係個雪山叉燒包,佢會等得耐少少,因為夾埋其他枱嘅單焗完一次過拎出嚟。新鮮熱辣!佢因為啱啱焗完,個包表面仲有少少脆口,入面就軟軟地,同啲叉燒好夾。本身我都冇特別鍾意食叉燒包,所以呢個叉燒包真係令我喜出望外!
