與朋友去荃灣二坡坊食酸菜麻辣火鍋。一試之下,果然酸菜絕對不同外面的做法,味道絕對香味俱全,略帶一點荔枝味(本人覺得姐),刺激味蕾。廚師用特別方式去醃製酸菜,所以比平時外面酸菜好食好多,不會太酸。店員提醒我們白肉也不好太早放進湯內,等湯底大滾後才放進去,可食落比較肉質嫩滑。牛肉拼盤也不能不叫啊!牛味一流,其他配菜也不遜色,有豆腐,黑木耳,手打四寶丸及特色餃子(香茜櫻花蝦餃及丁香魚仔飲)必叫啊!環境座位也很舒適,不會感覺壓迫!有機會一定要再食過。
