To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 午餐，乾炒牛河 +熱奶茶，$64 ，外賣 +$1乾炒牛河：份量好足，河粉好滑，口感比較油，但外賣盒底部無油積聚，所以應沒有用太多油炒。牛肉夠多，有適量菲菜、芽菜、芝麻配撘。熱奶茶：味道夠濃，奶量適中，(其他食店通常好多奶，如叫少奶就好似苦茶)，份量比一般外賣大杯👍☝️值得一提，落柯打後，好快就見到杯奶茶已放在枱上，超過10分鐘才出埋炒河，心想杯奶茶一定凍晒，唔多開心，點知返到家飲時，仍然好熱，即是那隻外賣杯好保暖👍😃 令我想起在華x商場那間椰xx,，外賣盒逐個計，那隻細小外賣杯都收$1，午餐外賣要俾多$3；相比之下，這冰室大方得多。
