終於有返冬天嘅感覺,廣東菜除咗打冷,想冷門啲都可以試吓順德菜佐敦呢間順德餐廳更以乾蒸菜做賣點,呢種煮法聞所未聞先試佢地嘅招牌乾蒸排骨,聲稱滴水不落,以1000度高溫乾蒸,碟排骨蒸得金脆,油香撲脷有少少煎出嚟嘅口感,同時保持肉質嫩口除咗排骨,都有好多餸可以以乾蒸手法烹調,脆鯇腩都得喎乾蒸出嚟,魚皮更加脆身,魚油逼出嚟,令腩肉冇咁肥,仲好惹味6點前嗌乾蒸菜式,白飯任裝,仲要煲得幾靚仔,大胃都忍唔住添多碗飯天口凍最想飲啖湯,枸杞明目都幾啱社畜飲好多人都怕食豬膶,連麻麻地豬膶嘅大胃都覺得豬膶好爽彈好正,當場同胃弟爭住食呢間仲有藤椒魚皮嗌,辣辣地俾自己warm up吓都好每塊魚皮都大大片,口感勁爽,藤椒味好香濃,麻麻地又唔會太激
