To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日同大家分享一間專為一人設計嘅火鍋店，呢間店唔單止唔使搵人陪食，仲可以隨心所欲選擇自己鐘意嘅食材！環境舒適，座位間隔分明，俾人一種寧靜悠閒嘅感覺，非常適合一個人慢慢享受，依家位置就係沙田新城市廣場。店內提供多款湯底選擇，我試咗招牌嘅「麻辣湯底」，味道香濃又唔會過辣，非常開胃。另外，選擇食材方面亦都多樣化，有好多唔同嘅肉俾你選擇。呢間一人火鍋店無論喺服務、環境同食物質素上都俾我好好嘅體驗。唔使擔心冇人陪，一個人都可以享受到獨處嘅樂趣。下次想食火鍋但又唔想湊夠人數，可以嚟試下呢度，保證唔會令你失望！
