To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間係一間平靚正嘅日本居酒屋！地點位於銅鑼灣嘅中心地帶，SOGO對面就係金百利中心，呢座大廈有好多唔同嘅食肆。呢次我哋點指兵兵，揀中咗上嚟呢一間築地日本料理。我哋一行兩人叫咗大概五至六樣嘢食再加兩杯飲品，埋單都係四百幾蚊，以居酒屋嘅價格來講係超平！壽司方面，我哋叫咗牛油果軟殼蟹卷，加州卷，火炙芝士三文魚腩同埋火炙芝士熟蝦，全部壽司都好好味，而且飯嘅份量都好適中。另外，我哋都叫咗蟹肉香芒蟹子沙律，芝士玉子燒同蒲燒鰻魚飯，沙律同玉子燒都好值得推介，因為呢兩度菜嘅醬都好多，味道濃郁，啱晒重口味嘅人，而我個人就十分啱口味。紅燒鰻魚就正正常常，對得起個價錢。仲有兩杯飲品都好大杯，絕對係抵飲嘅選擇👍🏻👍🏻
