今日打算去濕地公園,去之前搵左間附近既上海野,餐廳位於新北江商場,現存少有非大部份連鎖餐廳既商場,老闆的熱情招待有舊時食小店既人情味。椒鹽排骨擔擔麵($50)椒鹽排骨外皮炸得有少許香脆,有灑上少許炸蒜和蔥花,椒鹽味唔算太重,食落感覺無咩味精,有家常料理既感覺。排骨酸辣湯麵($45)酸辣湯底酸度和辣度比例適中,有豆腐粒、木耳、冬菇片等配料,麵條質地有咬口,唔會太淋。花雕醉雞($46)雞件食落都有雞味,有淡淡既酒香味,表面有少許杞子。上海小籠包($32)有四隻,用傳統竹籠裝住熱辣辣上菜,小籠包外形飽滿,湯汁有一定熱度,配搭豬肉既鮮味,整體都幾好食。黑豆漿(+$8)加$8就一支容量唔少既黑豆漿,算幾實惠。
