To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

香港仔禾彩，自開店以來都係咁多人排隊，所以我決定叫外賣，打電話落去叫定，大約20分鐘就可以拎。今日我叫咗雜錦魚生飯同埋餃子拉麵。先講下餃子拉麵，禾彩都好細心，會將啲湯同拉麵分開上，餃子亦都係用另一個盒分開上，所以餃子食落口仲係好脆，拉麵亦都唔會話比啲湯整到好軟，所以個餃子拉麵係好食，好彈牙。至於個雜錦魚生飯，隻蝦好鮮甜，三文魚、帶子等等都好新鮮，除左個飯我嫌少之外，整體黎講呢個雜錦魚生飯係無得輸，價錢又經濟，所以係值得推薦
