To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今天和朋友去試試這間添好運專門店,我們點了豬膶腸、叉燒包、潮州蒸粉果、蘿蔔糕還有香滑馬拉糕還有一盤蜜味叉燒腸,叉燒包裡面餡料還蠻入味的馬拉糕也很好吃蜜味叉燒腸皮也QQ的,餐點送的速度很快,但是衛生就要改善了,別人還在吃飯餐車直接推出來收餐盤感覺有點不太好~
