香港人對潮洲粉麵絕對唔陌生,本人就每個月一定吃一次。因為好中意佢個牛腩汁配蔥芹味!今次黎到灣仔近天樂里既潮興魚蛋粉,快快趣食個麵。由讀書到做野,10幾年黎已經加左唔少價。以前食開25蚊碗,依加已經要40蚊。牛雜河黎講隻色有d 淡,飲左啖湯覺得湯底果然係淡左D。牛雜件都唔少,但略嫌未夠新鮮,磅麻麻有d 軔,肺就仲有少少冰鮮味,最好食係牛肚,大大舊又有咬口。河粉唔會痴埋一舊,仲有少少彈牙,粉底幾好。整體黎講40蚊已經係平絕銅鑼灣,質素還好,可以黎吃個快麵。
