To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日周末路過見到好多人排隊,先醒起附近有一間米芝蓮點心店,既然好耐冇食,咁今日就即興去排一排去食。可能係米芝蓮推介嘅關係,深水埗呢一間分店街頭就已經聚集左中外人士喺度排隊。我哋攞咗籌之後,大概一個鐘頭多啲再返轉頭就剛剛過咗一兩張檯,在佢都俾返我哋。好快就有返位啦。我喺疫情時後來過之前較為殘舊既裝修,對比而家我今日嚟到見到佢應該係之後再翻新,店內裝修已經好光猛潔淨,不過略嫌座位與座位之間比較狹窄,行出行入都需要則側身。今日我哋點左以下點心:陳皮牛肉球(一般傳統牛肉球味,但唔會蒸到太淋、黃沙豬膶腸(尚可,皮薄)百花釀油條配香蜜蟹膏(賣相好,剛炸完出嚟,熱辣辣夠脆,帶甜甜地啲汁又脆,好好食😋)、豉汁蒸鳳爪(一般)、鮑汁油皮燒賣(👎🏽,真係可以唔食)。最後好在呢樣點心幫到攞分😼,就係晶瑩鮮蝦餃🤞🏼。蝦餃size 正常,但真係幾晶瑩因為啲皮都幾薄😗 ,啲蝦都幾大粒,沒有太多其他豬肉在內🤓。今次點心雖然唔係完全部都係好好食,但係亦咁嘅價錢都有兩三樣都有正常水準或以上,咁我都覺得呢間食店都值得再去食嘅。🙌🏼🙌🏼
