近年香港都多咗好多餐廳食石板牛🐮,而我都愛上咗食🥰,最近就比我喺太子發掘咗間都係食石板牛嘅餐廳。呢間餐廳好似日本咁自助點餐,有部自動販賣機自己去點餐,如果無咩idea想食咩🤔,唔駛怕,牆上有好大幅牛肉主要部位之圖解,教你點樣去辨認牛嘅部位。又或者可以上wechat掃下個QR code就可以了解多少少。最後揀咗個牛肩肉400g同埋磊牛扒300g。職員比咗部機我,等部機閃燈就可以自己去拎餐。幾分鐘之後已經有得拎,本身塊肉只係1成左右,表面熟透,但係要睇你想食幾成熟而自行再用熱石去整熱塊肉,先將佢切開細細舊再慢慢整熱去,我個人就比較鍾意食7成熟。牛扒同牛肩肉食落去都好有肉味,肉嫩多汁😋,而牛肩肉食落去就比牛扒厚身少少。食牛嘅時候仲有幾種醬汁比你揀,有照燒汁、黑椒汁、胡麻醬,另外仲有黑胡椒同玫瑰鹽。出面仲有自助吧,有沙律🥗、泡菜、泡蘿蔔、白飯🍚、麵豉湯,而飲品方面亦有洛神花山楂茶、菊花茶🌼同綠茶🍵任你揀。店主仲好細心,如果怕啲汁彈污糟件衫,出面有圍裙比你拎,咁就可以安心進食啦。
