To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日下午唔洗do, 天氣又ok，同朋友去咗 南丫島玩，抖下氣，出身汗 😎喺 索罟灣 呢間 食店 嗰 水櫃 見到好多未見過嘅 啤酒，於是揀咗張 海景枱，飲下嘢，吹下水 ⋯ 清涼海風，冰凍啤酒，談天說地，好寫意 ☺️坐坐下見肚餓 🤤，於是聽 店長 推薦，order 咗 fish & chips 同埋 咖喱牛腩飯朋友食fish & chips，外脆內軟，好食 😋(一啲都唔油淋淋，相信係因為火候控制得好，啲油又新鮮，唔係萬年油）我就咖喱牛腩飯「男人的浪漫」😬 （咖喱汁濃稠適中，辛辣中帶點清甜，相信係洋蔥，sweet flavor of well-cooked onion; 牛腩雖然偏瘦，但勝在咬落鬆軟唔韌，仲好入味）兩樣食物都可以話係 平凡中見不平凡，值得去試吓！
