To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 對上一次泥FUMI已經係一年前,今次再泥食lunch,退步左,價錢依舊中環價錢,但係只食到平凡到極嘅港式日本餐。對上一年前食物不錯,所以今日大膽叫比較貴嘅自選set lunch,HKD268有前菜,主食,茶碗蒸,麵豉湯,飯/烏冬,甜品。前菜可自選刺身,壽司或天婦羅,我就揀左刺身,有三文魚,帶子同油甘魚,無鮮味,唯一要讚嘅係刺身係厚切嘅。主食揀左銀鱈魚,汁唔錯,唔會太濃又帶岀魚味。甜品岀事,我以為自己去左平價港式日本餐廳,竟然係芒果雪米糍,成舊係香精味同人造色素,仲有糖。FUMI, 下次不了不了。
