To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

冇諗過喺中環會有間性價比咁高嘅川菜！Menu好簡單，主要就係麵、小食、甜品同飲品。齊晒四樣都係$103！首先我同朋友分別揀咗瘋狂牛肉麵同瘋狂擔擔面，撈麵同湯麵嘅味道都做得好仔細可以就個人口味揀想要麻啲定辣啲，所以麵嘅味道食落都夠哂濃郁，好鍾意佢麵嘅口感，又幼又滑，同時亦夠煙靭。小食方面叫左蒜泥青瓜同棒棒雞(+$32)，青瓜好香，涼涼地好開胃。個雞就似口水雞，混合左麻、辣、香嘅味道。另外呢度嘅甜品幾特別，分別叫咗紅棗銀耳湯同成都老冰粉，非常之適合食完辣嘢，因為好清涼好解辣至於嘢飲就叫咗金桔檸檬（加$6 ），幾清甜。依間絕對係想簡簡單單食餐飯嘅首選！
