To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 這次在星期六的午飯時間光顧添好運,人山人海,等了約20分鐘才能入座。我倆2人點了鳳爪排骨飯($23)、蜜味叉燒腸($22)、美味炆鮮竹卷($16)和杞子桂花糕($11)。由於太肚餓的關係,所以忘了拍照就馬上開動了$23能吃到這樣一大碗的鳳爪排骨飯實在十分化算!排骨蒸得很冧,夠入味。沒想到叉燒腸原來份量很少的,腸布皮非常滑溜鮮竹卷略嫌有點過油,不過仍然很好吃。杞子桂花糕是女生的養顏食物,咬下去滿口也是桂花香,十分清甜。現時創意點心盛行,即使添好運賣的是傳統點心,仍然有其吸引力
