西西里式鮮茄烤豬扒焗珍珠飯(hkd 33): 烤豬扒飯上枱時還是熱騰騰的, 番茄和芝士的香味撲鼻。 焗飯採用日式珍珠米,量多,軟綿綿的。 白飯上放了大大塊厚切豬扒, 再鋪上大量芝士焗至金黃,有拉絲效果。 出乎意料的是這個焗豬扒飯還加了很多蔬菜,能中和豬扒的油膩感。
香辣欖油煙鴨胸炒天使麵(hkd 35): 這個天使麵用了非常豐富, 有多塊煙鴨胸、磨菇 、洋蔥和蕃茄, 再配上微酸辣的 橄欖油 油, 非常惹味。 煙鴨胸每一片都是厚切卻,沒有厚厚的脂肪。賣相討好,也很好味。

Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants.
