花墟嘅哩間法式餐廳相信唔少人都曾到訪,午市套餐唔會太貴兼好好食,哩幾日禁足,特別懷念佢😆。🍽慢煮三文魚配高湯羽衣甘藍、德國鹹肉腸及扁豆(HKD138),跟餐包餐湯及HKD35以下飲品一杯。哩碟可以話系我在香港食過最好食嘅三文魚之一。首先三文魚係慢煮後再煎香外皮,外表香脆,但內裡魚肉熟度剛剛好,肉質鮮美嫩滑,而且份量絕不吝嗇,加上上面撒上芝士碎,鹹鹹香香帶出三文魚的鮮味,真系好特別👍🏻。配菜方面,用羽衣甘藍做沙律我就食得多,原來用高湯浸熟更驚喜,配上軟冧的扁豆和鹹肉腸,係特別好味同健康嘅組合😆。店內裝潢令人好似穿越去咗巴黎咁,加上食物用心製作,味道超班,希望在疫情下可以堅持住,因為之後仲想去食多次啊💗💪🏻!
