今日夜晚經過旺角,行過女人街,見到又開咗好多唔同嘅餐廳,反正咁夜都未食嘢,就同朋友一齊入去呢間Cafe食 ,雖然已經係八點幾,但係差唔多全場爆滿,我哋就睇吓幾有料到?酥皮湯傳統嘅港式白湯,有忌廉嘅香味,加$20有酥皮碎我哋揀咗呢個,唔錯,酥皮夠火候,所以成個金黃酥脆,送湯一流!蒜香黃金螺新鮮肥美的螺肉經過精心烹調,外層酥脆金黃,切開後鮮嫩多汁的內裡令人垂涎欲滴。蒜香味濃郁,與螺肉的鮮美風味完美融合。黃金蝦多士又係港式經典小食,蝦多士,有兩大條,加呢個價錢都算係CP值高✅炭燒美國煙燻豬肋骨配BBQ醬肉質肥嫩多汁,在炭火上慢慢烤製,外層帶有一層誘人的焦香。淋上濃郁醇厚的BBQ醬汁,令整道菜品口感更加層次分明。而且係用鐵板上的所以林執落去嗰陣喳喳聲幾過癮。😋😋蕃茄忌廉牛肉大通粉鮮美多汁的牛肉絲以及酸甜可口的蕃茄忌廉醬,整個口感層次分明,讓人回味無窮。牛肉的鮮香與蕃茄醬的酸甜,完美融合在一起,而且牛肉冇個熟到係完美嘅5分熟,非常唔錯
