To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

本身唔諗住食呢間，但點知原本個間Full Booking，盲中中走左黎呢間食，平安夜竟然即刻有位。7：30前離座更加85折，埋單每人$255。整體唔錯，刺身一般質素，最好食係吞拿魚，蝦就腥腥地……炸物當然要食我最喜愛既榴蓮炸彈！唔錯，夠香甜炸雞翼高質，值得一試，麻麻地天婦羅所以冇試，燒牛舌唔錯，值得一試，最冇得頂既係個份蒜香安格斯牛柳粒，一定必試！蒜片香脆但唔苦，牛柳粒夠味！對於食肉怪黎講係好開心！最難食係個份壽喜燒……超甜！甜到嘔心……浪費左d材料！另外令人失望既係蒜心炒魷魚，魷魚唔夠爽，冇乜味……咖喱蟹都可以一試，不過會食到成口都係壽司就普普通通，冇乜印象。

炸物當然要食我最喜愛既榴蓮炸彈！唔錯，夠香甜

炸雞翼高質，值得一試，麻麻地天婦羅所以冇試，燒牛舌唔錯，值得一試，最冇得頂既係個份蒜香安格斯牛柳粒，一定必試！蒜片香脆但唔苦，牛柳粒夠味！對於食肉怪黎講係好開心！
