To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 平安夜, 痴線夜. 四圍都係人, 無訂位食飯, 想搵間比較好既食店, 比想像中難九龍灣牛角於十一月尾新開張, 之前唔係香港食過, 覺得佢都幾抵食, 所以難得平安夜都想去食下.下午五點多到達德福二期, 已經成個商場係人, 點知一去到牛角門口, 已經O 晒咀. 人龍已經出現左一個蛇餅. 見佢5-6點係清潔時間, 估都應該可以排下, 於是就係度排等佢6點鐘開門. 因為四處都係人, 忽然要搵第二間食店, 相信都好困難. 等到6點半才排到門口, 結果原來都入唔到, 攞飛仔再等過, 入左去既第一Round人, 至少都一個小時先食完, 所以唯有攞左飛就係商場逛逛等時間結果到左八點多先入到去坐底. 牛角入面既格局同之前和民差唔多, 都係好暗. 唔知係咪真係太忙既關係, 無乜人招呼, 連茶都無杯. 更遑論有人理了.因為無人得閒理, 於是乎用之前係門口攞個張傳單畫圓圈, 遞俾個侍應落單再叫佢倒茶. 結果叫左: 王樣豆腐, 牛角沙律, 牛油帶子, 上級牛肋肉, 特上和牛牛肋肉, 腹胸肉, 豬頸肉, 溫泉蛋, 王樣腹胸肉, 月見牛肋肉, 香草芝士雞肉同銅鑼燒. <-- 基本上除左牛舌同內臟無叫之外

王樣豆腐: 豆腐"鞋鞋" 地, 百福豆腐都仲滑過佢, 不過值得一讚, 個調味料微辣, 而豆腐入面有個糖芯蛋黃, 搭配都幾特別
牛角沙律: 烚蛋, 蕃茄,著蓉絲,青瓜架生菜, 無乜特別, 好乾身, 份量又少, 可以唔叫.
塩味牛油帶子:侍應拎左個凍既鐵板黎放底, 乜都無講就走左去, 根本唔知佢係要我地自己整. 之後, 我地未整, 居然有另一個侍應走埋黎問我地仲要唔要個鐵板, 個鐵板咁乾淨同D 生帶子仲係度, 睇都知我地仲要啦, 好奇怪,D 服務麻麻地.

上級牛肋肉, 腹胸肉, 王樣腹胸肉, 肉質魚嫩, 有唔同醬汁揀, 好味道

特上和牛牛肋肉, 全個menu 最值錢個個, 不過真係物超所值, 好嫩滑, 入口同其他個幾種有好明顯分別

豬頸肉:味道都唔差, 不過每條都好"瘦", 燒落有D 好窮既咁覺

香草芝士雞肉: 感覺好似唔伴芝士醬好味D

甜品雲呢拿/抺茶銅鑼燒: 估佢唔好咁好味, 經過燒, 外皮脆脆, 內裡仍然是涼口既冰淇淋同紅豆, 好特別, 好味道
