To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次卻第一次食這裏的盤菜，大盤的要七百多元，小盤的三百多元，還有迷你的，要了小盤，我覺得可以足夠十四、十五人食。料很足，有成個山咁高，雞、鴨、鮑片、東菇、豆腐、蘿蔔、燒肉、蝦等等，食到飽一飽，味道唔錯，絕對值得一試。值得一提這裏食野會有例湯送，不是一般的例湯而是原盅燉，夠火路，好像冇乜味精，唔錯。呢度環境是舊式茶樓環境，好像是七幾年開業到而家，服務上，好像網上有多人說這裏的服務很差，可是我又覺得不是這樣，老闆娘和侍應好多都有笑容，尚算有禮貌，不是傳聞中的惡劣，可能只是假期人多的關係才使服務水準下降，始終是舊式街坊酒樓。http://icuteee.mysinablog.com/index.php?op=ViewArticle&articleId=1695747
