To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

跟同事某日的平常午餐，來到平常不過的譚仔。同事的清湯原來都有分甚麼小辣的，他就叫了三小辣。湯底都幾順滑，配料亦對得上，況且上得快，過得去。愛刺激的小人當然叫了大辣！未到最高是因為怕回到辦公室太眼瞓！豬肉和墨魚春卷都不少，性價比是正路的，但貨色必定地是一般。豬肉完全無肉味，墨魚春卷有骨要吐。這客土匪雞翼，鹹到飛起，聽同事說原來譚仔間間水準不同……要浸一浸湯方可入口，差矣。還需一提的是現場以二維碼落單，小人及同事掃完之後都要在手機安裝，我們都不願意，決定叫店員解決。同枱大部份食客都要做同樣的動作，到底二維碼落單是不是這麼的輕鬆呢？
