To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日去咗皇家太平洋酒店食佢嘅T ea set，食之前都睇到有其他食評，表示佢嘅食物質素都麻麻地，但係因為好即興咁book，所以冇諗咁多，就照去啦。可能因為有劣評嘅加持，已經有心理準備，反而食起上嚟有啲驚喜，不過美中不足嘅係，我哋個T ea set等咗半個鐘，佢先整到出嚟俾我哋，嗰scone係食完差唔多成個餐先出到俾我哋。講返啲嘢食先，鹹點係幾唔錯嘅，尤其是有個炸蟹肉丸，蟹味好濃，啖啖都係蟹肉，同埋酥皮哈密瓜火腿，酥皮出奇地夾，蜜瓜火腿就同平時一樣，另外仲有個芝士餅，芝士份量好足，鍾意食芝士嘅人必試。但係甜點就有啲強差人意，除咗個半件馬卡龍比較食得入口，其餘嘅都真係唔太OK，尤其是兩杯mousse
