To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 3:26行經荃錦中心見意樂外面有條人龍,打聽下知道係外賣脆皮鹹豬手,未腍到夜晚煮咩餸,人排我又排,買番隻加餸。豬手要3:30才開賣,每人到櫃位俾錢,職員在櫃檯旁把包裝好嘅豬手俾你,行動好快,輪到我時已經係最後一份。好彩買到,唔駛白排。一日都有幾次出爐時間,3:30之後要4:30先再有。豬手放係紙袋內再用膠袋裝好,拿在手都仲熱熱哋,有陣豬手香味滲出嚟。要脆皮就唔好焗住個袋,所以我都打開小小個紙袋透氣。回家打開仔細睇吓,豬手有5寸長,都幾大隻。用刀叉去切開豬手層皮,皮層幾厚,口感較韌,不過始終在袋內一段時間,脆的部位都變淋了,剩番小小脆邊。豬手肉質較硬,味道不太鹹較淡口,一隻豬手都切出好多塊肉,醮上附送嘅黑椒汁先夠味。不至於好好食,但平平地偶而買番屋企加餸都唔錯。
