To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 想喺商場內食個快餐,見呢間門外嘅餐牌價錢幾平就入去試吓。見兩三張檯的客人都係食烤雞,但我怕要用手拎住咬好論盡就冇叫。叫咗麻辣無骨雞飯配紫菜蘿蔔雞湯($50),驚會好辣,另加$6要枝冷泡茶。收銀阿姐幾有禮貌。一打開個盒(唔知點解堂食都係俾外賣盒),原來麻辣係畀一盒辣醬你自己加落去雞度,呵呵,咁有誠意。雞肉瘦咗啲啲,ok啦唔鞋口,飯少少濕,唔係粒粒分明嘅油飯。有啲醃蘿蔔配菜,酸微微唔錯。雞飯整體味道尚可。湯係熱嘅,不過味道好淡,而且廚房店員一開始放托盤度就倒瀉,整到個盤浸濕都唔換返個盤界客,真係求期。冷泡茶在雪櫃自己攞,透明膠樽泡住三角茶包,好似係烏龍茶,飲唔晒可以拎走。店內有洗手盆、洗手液及抹手紙,環境都算乾淨衞生。
