To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日同爸爸行完山之後,就去到附近的一個商場去尋找食物,結果來到了這一間,被它門口的食物照片吸引了。我們叫了一碗豬肉船河,一份海南雞飯及一客雞翼作小食,份量雖然並不是非常之大,但當作下午茶的話,其實也尚算是啱啱好的。河粉的湯底味道濃郁,豬扒煮得非常之淋,容易咬。海南雞飯的味道非常之可口,只是略嫌雞的份量有點兒不足夠,但這個餐他是配上碗仔翅的,所以非常之特別。牛油蒜香雞翼的製作時間非常之耐,當有下去的時候簡直就像在吃蒜蓉包。雖然整體來說都非常之不錯,但是略嫌服務員的數量並不是很足夠,我等了非常之長的時間才有服務員看到我。
