早排朋友同我慶祝生日,特登帶我嚟呢間我哋都未試過嘅fine dining。我哋就揀咗六道菜嘅 6 Shades of Flavour ($980 pp)🍽我好鍾意食麵包所以成日都好期待餐廳嘅麵包,但佢呢度啲麵包就唔夠鬆軟,唔算好有驚喜。Amuse Bouche 係龍蝦汁啫喱配帶子粒 併炸帶子,我略嫌龍蝦汁嗰個作為餐前小食味道偏濃,炸帶子係幾香口嘅。頭盤我就揀咗Le Reve Caviar Secret (+$188),個牛好軟腍,煙燻味好濃。但魚子醬好似有啲少🤣成餐飯最好食嘅係Abalone Custard,鮑魚粒同蘆筍下面係豆腐加火腿,豆腐滑得嚟調味亦剛好,同一道菜式有幾種口感幾得意。French Quail 佢哋將鵪鶉煮至medium rare,有啲偏鹹,黑松露味亦偏淡。Boston Lobster 龍蝦好鮮甜,配紫心蕃薯食我都係第一次,幾新奇😂Slow Cooked French Dover Sole龍脷柳幾滑,份量都算大。甜品Dessert Surprise 係焦糖雪糕配風乾腐皮,幾有新意嘅配搭,兩者都幾夾。整體嚟講,食物唔算有驚喜,枱與枱之間嘅距離都幾近,如果呢個價錢有更多更
