To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 掛住牛角呢兩字,諗住質素有保證🤔但12點9去到都無咩人,已經有種伏味濃既感覺燒鹽麴牛舌便當$60幾蚊,午餐黎講都幾抵食,份量對女士岩岩好,男士就可能唔夠食😯薄切,8塊加埋等於1塊厚切,只可以話師傅手功很利害😂😂但主要靠燒汁同紫菜帶起香味,本身牛舌味偏淡,唔夠彈牙前菜反而有驚喜,冰冰涼涼又彈口👍👍美國牛腹腩次男坊丼🐮$90幾,賣相吸引👍如果可以考慮埋食客既感受就更好,上層滿滿既牛肉同芽菜,食起上黎好易跌到四圍都係😂保留到肉汗,肉質算軟熟,牛香味重,層次較單調整體不過不失
