To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 在養和醫院探病後, 到就近o既彭慶記晚飯.... 老闆態度友善, 可惜食物有點不滯, 完全唔係傳聞中咁好.... 蝦子柚皮 -- 柚皮無渣, 可惜唔入味, 蝦子少得很... 招牌蒜香骨 -- 肉又"un"又乾無肉汁, 無乜蒜香...啫啫通菜煲 -- 熱辣辣上枱, 不過無乜味, 啲汁稀過水....餸菜通通偏淡, 唔入味, 係咪要配合醫護人員定係病人口味??
